Wissam has over 22 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate and corporate finance. He assumes the position of CEO of SICO Capital following 11 successful years as SICO’s Group Head of Investment Banking, where he played a key role in positioning SICO as the leading investment bank in Bahrain. Under his leadership, the award-winning division multiplied its revenues and deal sizes, executing landmark transactions that include initial public offerings, debt issuances, mergers and acquisitions, strategic offers, multi-asset fund launches, and structuring and managing Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
Ayman brings over 18 years of experience in the investment banking industry across the MENA and GCC regions. He has a proven track record in executing high-profile IPOs and M&A transactions in his previous role as a Director of Investment Banking at SICO, successfully advising on mandates across a wide range of sectors, including telecommunications, real estate, education, hospitality, financial services, food & beverage, logistics, and manufacturing. Ayman holds an Executive MBA from Bayes Business School, City St George’s, University of London. Prior to joining SICO in 2014, he held senior roles at regional financial institutions.
Rana brings nearly 20 years of expertise in Corporate Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance across Saudi Arabia’s financial sector. Her impressive track record includes building and leading Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) departments, managing regulatory inspections, and successfully securing regulatory licenses.
Prior to joining SICO Capital, Rana held senior positions at Swicorp, FAAD Capital Partners, Audi Capital, and Saudi Hollandi Bank. She holds a High Diploma in Business and Finance, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, and executive certifications from Harvard Business School, among others.
